Our History

Cappetta Associates, LLC has been an integral part of the food service industry for over 35 years. Founded in 1988 by Frank and Kathleen Cappetta, the company was established to provide extensive product knowledge and excellent customer service to both the manufacturers that we represent and the distributors who buy their products. All the while ensuring that the end user operators within this supply chain are extremely satisfied with the quality and in the business relationships that we have developed over the years.

It is through these relationships that Frank and Kathleen first created this business. From the beginning, the reputation, connections and true friendships that they have built and maintained over the years have been the cornerstone of our company. This commitment to our customers is key to the philosophy and culture of Cappetta Associates. Every person on our team has this same commitment to service excellence!

With this commitment and our thorough understanding of each distributor's needs, we have grown to a team of over 15 sales professionals, managers, and support staff servicing broadline distributors, re-distributors and specialty food distributors in the food service industry within the mid-Atlantic region.
